Sleep Over Experiences - Local, Statewide and Beyond
Aerie Adults Lake House Vacation (Lake Sinclair), Ages 17 - 25, July 21 - 27
A supported individual adult experience with adult freedoms and responsibilities for our alumni and other young adults age 17 and older. Come fish and swim from the dock at our fully equipped house on Lake Sinclair. This week also features our woodshop run by our vocational specialist, Papa Joe. Enjoy all of our usual Aerie antics in an environment designed to meet the developmental needs of young adults’ drive towards independence, autonomy and agency.

Established in 1980, Camp Joy is a Christian Co-Ed camp serving those with Special Needs coordinated by the Brice-Sanders Foundation. The goal is to enable those with special needs to experience a week long camp where they are loved, accepted and experience the love of Christ.
Camp Blue Skies, Ages 21 - 60+, No Summer Sessions (Spring and Fall only)
Camp Blue Skies offers a traditional camp experience to give adults ages 21-60+ with developmental disabilities a safe, fun place to develop life skills and more confidence, widen their social network, and create cherished memories.
Camp Blue Skies isn’t a physical place. We rent existing camps in the spring and fall for our sessions: Georgia (March), North Carolina (October), and South Carolina (date varies).

Our campers may be physically challenged, developmentally delayed, dual-sensory impaired, or have multiple disabilities. We welcome all campers, regardless of the severity of their disabilities. As long as we can medically meet their needs, they are welcome at camp. With our on-site medical staff and updated nursing facilities, you can rest assured your camper will be in good hands.
