All In Information Session

Enjoy coffee and pastries while learning about our comprehensive support model including: executive functioning, vocational support, socialization, health & wellness coordination and budgeting. This inclusive program is for adults 18 years and older with mild intellectual and developmental disabilities. Individual selects their desired apartment or home in the community and the All In team provides the supports to be successful.
If there is interest in our area, All In is open to individuals who would like to live nearby.
